Happy pets. Happy home. Peace of mind.

Hi, I'm Taylor, and I’m the person behind Paws and Property Care.

I created Paws and Property Care because I know how important it is to have someone you can trust when you can't be there. Whether you're working a long day, traveling for a few days, spending time away from your second home, or simply need an extra hand, I provide dependable drop-in pet care and home check-ins designed to give you peace of mind.

I believe pet care is about more than simply filling a food bowl. It's about making sure your pets feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you're away — and making sure your home is looked after at the same time.

🐾 Care for your pets. Care for your home.

Every visit is tailored to your pets and your home.

Depending on your needs, a visit may include:

• Feeding and fresh water

• Letting dogs outside

• Playtime and walks

• Litter box cleanup

• Medication

• Bringing in mail and packages

• Watering plants

• Taking trash cans in and out

• Basic home and property check-ins

• Photos and video updates after visits

For clients who are away for longer periods, I also offer second-home and extended-away home check-ins, helping you keep an eye on your property while you're gone.

Why Paws and Property Care?

When someone enters your home and cares for your pets, trust matters.

I strive to provide the kind of service I would want for my own home and animals — dependable, communicative, respectful, and genuinely caring.

You'll receive updates after your visits, including photos or videos, so you can see your pets and know that everything is okay at home.

I also hold a Fingerprint Clearance Card and carry business insurance appropriate for the services I provide.

Local & Personal

Paws and Property Care is a locally operated Arizona business serving the northern parts of Peoria, Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and Glendale.

Because I'm a solo business, you know exactly who is coming to your home and caring for your pets. I personally handle your visits and get to know you, your pets, and your home's routines.

My Promise to You

I want you to be able to enjoy your time away, knowing that your pets are receiving loving care and that someone is keeping an eye on your home.
