What is your cancellation policy?
24+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee; full refund or no charge.
24 hours or less notice: 50% of the scheduled service total is due.
Unable to access the home: 100% of the scheduled service total is due.
What areas do you service?
I currently service the northern parts of Glendale, Phoenix, Peoria and Scottsdale.
Are you comfortable with all animals?
I am most comfortable with domesticated pets like cats and dogs but can also look after smaller animals. please reach out for specific animal type inquires.
How long will you stay to watch my pets?
This is a drop in-care service so I will typically only stay up to 2 hours but depending on availability I may be able to stay up to 4 hours. I do not provide overnight stays.
What is your payment policy?
It is 50% of the service to secure the booking and the other 50% is collected at the end of the services. I accept Zelle, Venmo or cash.
